Meet Elena!

I started quilting in 2018 after seeing my best friend create beautiful and meaningful gifts for all the growing families around us. With my mother-in-law, I took a class at our local quilt shop and never looked back. The second quilt I made was a pattern of my own design, but I didn’t officially publish a quilt pattern until June of 2020. I just release my 17th quilt pattern!

At Life and Peace Quilt Co., I am passionate about breathing life into quilters and fabrics through my patterns. Life is not perfect. Trying something new is always an endeavor of courage and uncertainty. There are mistakes and fixes and lessons and growth - how you and I handle all of those shape the life we lead. I hope you choose grace with yourself and laughter along your own quilting journey. I hope you persevere through the seam ripping and exasperated sighs and find peace as each step is molding you into a more mature and complete person. It’s all part of a beautiful, growing life.
